The role?
As an Assistant Project Manager you will be responsible for supporting our Project and Senior Project Managers by recruiting, screening and managing participants in line with our clients research briefs within our 'consumer, business or survey' division. You will work on a variety of research briefs that cover a wide range of topics and industries.
This role is specifically designed to train you to become a Project Manager within 6 months. Our aim is to promote you on successful completion of your six months probation.
We want to speak with 'people people' and those with a passion for great customer interactions, those with a sharp attention to detail and confident managing tight deadlines. We love seeing people a few days a week in the office, but you'll have the freedom to work from home for up to 2 days per week.
Main responsibilities
* Sourcing participants using internal databases and using 'freefind' methods
* Identifying and screening participants according to research briefs
* Building project documents including screener and participant lists
* Screening participants over the phone to assess suitability for research projects
* Providing updates to our Project Managers and Senior Project Managers
* Managing participants comms and supporting them when attending their research session
Key skills required
* Strong telephony skills
* Administration
* Project coordination (desirable, not essential)
* Excellent communication and rapport
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent attention to detail
* High levels of Word and Excel skill
