Job Details
* Location: Basingstoke, RG24 9RA
* Salary: £33.2k - £38.5k (depending on experience and qualifications)
* Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Responsibilities
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support to customers
* Assist with project work such as hardware installation, networking, cloud migrations, server builds, and onboarding
* Work with the 2nd line team to triage support requests
* Mentor and guide junior staff (1st line)
* Conduct on-site visits, site audits, and create technical documentation
Requirements
* Proven IT support experience (minimum 4 years)
* Support experience with telecoms, VoIP, SIP, hosted telephony
* Excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Virtual Server technologies, networking, hardware, backup solutions, and cybersecurity best practices
* Valid UK driving license and own vehicle for business travel
* Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft AZ-900, MS-900, etc.)
