We are currently looking for a full-time permanent Warehouse Operative to come and join us at our site in Norwich on behalf of our customer, Virgin Media. You will be working Monday – Friday, 07:00 -16:00 which will be your permanent hours.
Please be advised that you will be required to support warehouse and driving (van) duties.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Ensuring that products are processed and handled correctly throughout the warehouse
* Operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and carry out assigned computer-based
* Responding to customer queries and requests in a professional and timely manner
* Carrying van driving duties when requested
* Undertaking special projects, providing statistics, and reports as required
What You Need To Succeed At GXO
* Category B driving license
* Ability to drive a sprinter Van 2 days a week (06:00 – 15:00)
* Proficiency in computer-based tasks, including creating and managing spreadsheets
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers daily, both face-to-face and over the phone
