* Have previous multi-site management experience in regulated retail or healthcare (dentistry, veterinary, pharmacy, optical etc)
* Have operated in a customer-centric role that has delivered exceptional client service levels
* Have experience in consultative sales or value-added services
* Have strong leadership capability and are a motivational leader who can engage, coach and develop teams
* Can demonstrate the ability to create, implement and deliver strategic growth and performance in the community in which they operate.
* Have strong commercial acumen and can understand and deliver change
* Have a full UK Manual Driving Licence
