We are seeking a proactive and experienced Section Manager / Assistant Site Manager to join our team delivering planned works across a variety of packages including Kitchens & Bathrooms, Roofing, and Windows & Doors. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected social housing client in Bloxwhich, contributing to the improvement of homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple planned work packages.
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards.
* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain programme targets.
* Liaise with residents and client representatives to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
* Monitor health and safety compliance and maintain site documentation.
* Support the Site Manager and Project Manager in reporting and delivery.
Requirements
* Proven experience in managing planned works, ideally in social housing.
* Strong knowledge of K&Bs, roofing, and window/door installations.
* SMSTS or SSSTS certification preferred.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme momentum.
