The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator
to manage warehouse operations and coordinate domestic and international logistics activities. This role is critical to ensuring timely delivery of medical devices while maintaining full compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily warehouse operations including goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (domestic & international)
* Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, GDP, and internal quality standards
* Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
* Manage relationships with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs brokers
* Prepare shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, export documentation)
* Monitor shipment tracking and resolve delivery issues proactively
* Support audits and maintain warehouse documentation in line with ISO requirements
* Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
* Ensure warehouse health & safety compliance
Requirements
* 2+ years' experience in warehouse and logistics coordination
* Experience within a regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare preferred)
* Strong understanding of inventory management systems and ERP software
* Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
