We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Night Care Assistant to join our friendly team in a specialist dementia care home.
Working overnight, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night.
Your Role:
* Supporting residents with personal care and mobility
* Administration of medication
* Carrying out regular night checks
* Offering reassurance to residents experiencing confusion or distress
* Maintaining accurate care records
* Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing
About You:
* Caring and patient nature
* Good communication skills
* Reliable and able to work night shifts
* Previous care experience (preferred but not essential)
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
