Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant (PA) to join a two-person support team for a young adult male with Autism, ADHD, and severe learning difficulties. This role focuses on enabling him to engage with the community safely and confidently. Key Responsibilities: Community Engagement: Support the individual in accessing and enjoying local activities such as walks, parks, shops, and cafés. Personal Support: Accompany and assist him in public spaces, including public restrooms when necessary. Safety & Well-being: Ensure a secure and supportive environment while fostering independence and confidence. Collaboration: Work closely with a co-PA to provide consistent and effective support. Requirements: Experience supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, and severe learning difficulties is essential. A calm, alert, and compassionate approach with strong problem-solving skills.
