We are closely working in partnership with a well established, dynamic IFA firm based in Swanley. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving fast-paced environment as an IFA Administrator on a full-time permanent basis.
The Role:
* Issuing letter of authorities (LOAs) to providers and learning to write basic Suitability Letters
* Providing a high level of technical and administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients.
* Telephone liaison with Administration Centres and Paraplanners, chasing financial institutions to provide requested information
* Completing illustrations and applications for new business
* Processing New Business applications and chasing through to completion.
* Tasks must be completed within a timely manner
Are you;
* Someone who has worked as an Administrator at an IFA or within a Wealth Management environment?
* Someone who has excellent IT and communication skills, are you highly organised and can make decisions?
* Someone who is confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion?
* Someone who is a self starter and able to work with little or no supervision?
