Introduction to the team
Expedia Group's E Studio are an award winning team, serving the creative needs of our commercial Partners - creating bespoke content, advertising, social and PR campaigns to run across our media network, and beyond. We are seeking a Creative Manager to lead on the development of branded campaigns and pitches - working alongside a talented team of other Creatives, Strategists and Producers.
You'll be experienced creating compelling, contemporary narratives that match our brand tone of voice, whilst also delivering against Partner brand or commercial objectives and engaging our hard-to-reach global audiences.
You'll be as happy working alone as you are in a team, you'll be confident pitching your ideas to internal and external audiences. This role is perfect for a passionate individual with a flair for creating dynamic, contemporary advertising and looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
In this role, you will focus on;
* Creative Development: Help shape campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring high creative standards and timely delivery
* Conceptualisation: Work with Creatives and Strategists to develop ideas that align with both Expedia's and Partner brands
* Collaboration: Partner with Designers, Editors, Producers, and other stakeholders to refine concepts and deliver campaigns efficiently
* Copy & Art Direction: Produce clear, engaging copy and guide visual elements to ensure cohesive campaigns that reflect the brand's voice
* Social & Digital: Bring fresh, platform-savvy ideas to campaigns, keeping up with trends, user behaviour, and technology
* Craft & Quality: Ensure all campaign assets meet high creative and production standards
* Creative Insight: Use audience insights, trends, and innovation to inform creative ideas
Experience and Qualifications;
* 5+ years proven experience in a digital, content, or social-led creative agency or in-house team
* Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
* Strong copywriting, storytelling, and attention to detail
* Experience with digital and social media platforms
* Comfortable with design and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
* Ability to manage time and projects effectively
* Curious and passionate about travel and storytelling
* Collaborative, open to feedback, and proactive
* Original thinker, eager to share ideas and inspire others
