Duties
* Maintain a caseload of learners undertaking online courses and qualifications, ensuring training progress meets the requirements of funding bodies, awarding bodies, and the college.
* Assist in the education of students.
* Identify appropriate online learning programmes and provide relevant Information, Advice, and Guidance.
* Deliver training and assessment on various qualifications, including understanding schemes of work, producing learning materials, and assessment plans.
* Provide timely feedback on assessments, ensuring high standards of knowledge and competence.
* Assess learners’ work via our online platform, providing constructive feedback and developing action plans.
* Liaise with learners via email/telephone to support their progress and achievement.
Skills/Experience:
* Highly motivated Online Trainer with relevant industry experience.
* Experience in assessing within the relevant sector.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software.
Qualifications:
* Minimum GCSE Grade 4 / C or equivalent Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English.
* Relevant industry/sector qualifications.
* Assessor award (A1 or equivalent).
* Level 3 teaching qualification or equivalent.

* Effective time management skills.
* Ability to deliver online training to diverse learners.
* Flexible and adaptable approach.
* Innovative and creative in work methods.
