Margaret Howell is a contemporary British clothing designer who has worked successfully in men’s and women’s clothing for over five decades. Today, Margaret Howell clothes are sold worldwide with 12 own shops in Europe, over 70 outlets in Japan and an established online business.
Responsibilities
* Provide an exceptional level of service
* Maintain standards of presentation and housekeeping
* Work to achieve sales target
* Give advice and information to customers about the collection
* Handle and maintain stock accurately and efficiently
* Support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
Role Requirements
* Flexible availability to pick up 3 or more open shifts per week at any of our London shops
* Previous experience in high-end retail sales
* Self-motivated and focused on quality
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* An interest in womenswear, menswear and design
* Demonstrate initiative, taking every opportunity to apply collection knowledge in promotion of the brand
Hours
No set hours per week — ability to pick up as many open shifts as desired
