You’ll develop predictive maintenance and condition monitoring initiatives, working cross‑functionally to drive digital transformation.</p><ul><li>Collaborate on use cases and proof of concept development</li><li>Implement data‑driven solutions to optimise performance</li><li>Analyse engineering workflows to identify improvements</li><li>Develop predictive maintenance solutions to reduce downtime and enhance safety</li><li>Integrate digital tools with existing systems</li><li>Ensure regulatory compliance and best practice standards</li><li>Assist with training and adoption of new technologies</li><li>Create reports and visualisations to share insights</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Communicate effectively across all levels</li><li>Be analytical, detail‑oriented, and creative in problem solving</li><li>Be self‑motivated, adaptable, and delivery‑focused</li><li>Demonstrate strong organisational skills</li><li>Have knowledge of Python, PySpark, and SQL</li><li>Hold an Aerospace Engineering Degree or equivalent</li><li>Have experience in Airline Engineering Operations, ideally Part‑CAMO</li></ul><h3>Beneficial skills</h3><ul><li>Be experienced with Palantir Foundry or Skywise</li><li>Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS</li></ul></div>
