Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Excellence Specialist, located in New Milton. The Customer Excellence Specialist will handle day-to-day customer support tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer inquiries. The role involves direct interaction with customers, analyzing their needs, and providing appropriate solutions to enhance their experience.
