* Salary: £31,380
* Location: Watford
* Hours: Full-time
* Working Pattern: Hybrid; at least three days per week in office, five days during training.

Key Responsibilities
To support our drivers by delivering the best service, through knowledge, education and passion. Deliver the right thing whilst always putting the driver first, taking time to understand their needs, delivering difficult messages, using opportunity to explain, educate, manage internal and external systems, keep information accurate, be accountable, strive to exceed KPIs & SLAs through inbound/outbound interactions in the team.
Required Competencies
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional telephone manner.
* Proactively looks for best ways to do the job, inquisitive nature, asks questions about context and impact.
* Manages self with strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to flex and prioritise to meet varied business pressures.
* High accuracy levels and attention to detail.
Experience that Is Useful
* Own any interaction through to completion, proactively chasing responses internally and externally where needed to complete a task.
* Respond to all interactions articulately and professionally, providing all the information required first time.
* Always put yourself in the driver’s shoes to see things from their perspective.
