Job Role
We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Empty Homes Officer to help bring our empty properties back into use quickly and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
* Manage empty homes from tenancy end through to re-let, working closely with internal teams and contractors to reduce turnaround times and void loss.
* Monitor progress, attend weekly void meetings, coordinate utilities, support decants, and ensure homes meet our Home Standard.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and organisational skills, experience delivering a customer-focused service.
* Ability to manage competing priorities.
* Confident IT skills.
* A full driving licence with access to a car.
