Job Purpose
Contributing to and delivering excellent customer service across East Ayrshire Leisure Trust, the Customer Experience Assistant will prepare and deliver a wide range of planned programmes, activities and events contributing to the design and delivery of innovative, modern and sustainable services. Working within a performance management and continuous improvement framework, the postholder will strive to exceed the expectations of the Trust’s Strategic Vision and Delivery Plan. Rate of Pay
Rate of Pay: £14.26 - £14.93 per hour Please see the attached work pattern for hours of work. PLEASE NOTE: This is a fixed term contract until 30 June 2026
