Remuneration
* £14 per UDA
* 2,000–2,500 UDAs available
* 45% private split
* Performance-based structure allowing progression up to 50% private split
* 50% lab split
* Uncapped earning potential
Who We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with dentists who:
* Have 2+ years post-FD experience
* Hold an active NHS Performer Number
* Are GDC registered
* Enjoy working within a mixed NHS/private environment
* Have an interest in growing private dentistry alongside NHS
* Take a patient-first approach to care
