Senior HR Business Partner – 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover) Location: Bristol (1-2 days per week in office) Salary: Up to £65,000 (negotiable) We're hiring a Senior HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract with a leading professional services firm. Based in Bristol with hybrid working, this is a strategic HR role supporting business-critical teams across a well-integrated and highly regarded People function. What you'll be doing: Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver People Plans Leading on change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE Managing complex ER cases and advising on risk Driving initiatives in talent, reward, performance and D&I Supporting recruitment, future talent and workforce planning What we're looking for: Proven HRBP experience with a strategic, commercial mindset Strong ER and employment law knowledge Confident influencing at senior level CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) Legal sector experience is welcome but not required This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact in a collaborative, high-performing HR team.
