Following the outstanding success of The NICI Bournemouth, renowned for its bold design, vibrant atmosphere, and exceptional guest experience, we are delighted to introduce The NICI Lymington, a brand-new luxury hotel inspired by the relaxed elegance of The Hamptons, set on the New Forest coast.
We are now seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead and shape the housekeeping operation for this exciting new opening.

The Role
As Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of the hotel, ensuring every guest space reflects the high standards and distinctive style of the NICI brand. This is a senior leadership role, ideal for someone who leads by example, has a sharp eye for detail, and takes pride in creating exceptional environments.
In a newly opened hotel, you will play a key role in setting standards, building a strong team culture, and delivering a consistently outstanding guest experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team

Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards

Manage staffing levels, rotas, and departmental budgets
*
Maintain stock control, linen, and cleaning supplies
*
Work closely with other department heads to ensure smooth daily operations
*
Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards
