The Role:
You will work as part of the busy team handling all aspects of privately funded family matters. As well as fee earning, you'll play an active part in overseeing more junior members of the team, therefore, supervisory experience is highly desirable. You will be working alongside senior members of the practice, assisting in growing and developing the department.

The ideal candidate:
1. You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 7+ years PQE
2. A collaboratively trained Family lawyer and member of Resolution would be advantageous, although not essential
3. As a senior member of the team, you will oversee, mentor, and train junior and mid-level fee-earners in the team and have an overall positive influence on the success of the department. Therefore, prior leadership experience is highly desirable.
