Job Title: Demand Generation Manager
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Salary: Up to £65k basic with 20% performance bonus
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – two days a week in London office (Tues & Thurs)
Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent

Our client is a high-growth, privately owned business operating in the B2B Software space within the Fintech segment. They are hiring a Demand Generation Manager to join their growing Marketing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to own and scale lead generation strategies in a fast-evolving B2B SaaS business expanding across Europe & the US.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and report on Demand Generation campaigns
* Build and optimise workflows and lead nurturing in HubSpot
* Analyse and optimise campaign performance
* Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a pure Demand Generation or performance marketing role, with a focus on pipeline creation and revenue impact
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, reporting)
* Background in B2B SaaS/Software/Tech Services industry, ideally with long sales cycles and complex buyer journeys
* Data-driven mindset focusing on metrics like ROI, CAC, CPL, and pipeline contribution
* Located within commuting distance to London, with occasional travel to Ireland for meetings or industry events
