What You Will Do Receive and manage referrals from Hospital Consultants in Trauma & Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, and Pain Management . Assess and treat patients post-fracture and post-operatively, including: ACL reconstructions Joint arthroplasty Foot & ankle surgery Upper limb surgery Manage both acute and rehabilitation phases of treatment in an outpatient setting. Provide MSK treatment for staff members as required. Work closely with a Band 7 Physiotherapist through weekly supervision and case discussion. Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning skills and apply appropriate assessment and treatment techniques. Manage a large and varied caseload independently and efficiently. Ensure professional, legal, and ethical responsibilities of practice are upheld. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and external professionals, even in challenging situations.
