Offer description

Partners include Oasis, Foo Fighters, Kylie and Coldplay. In the past 12 months alone 8m unique visitors have used our platform, with revenue growing at over 30% year on year.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a thoughtful and driven Product Manager to help shape the future of Twickets. In this role, you’ll be responsible for understanding and improving our entire product offering — from our mobile apps and website to our backend systems and third-party integrations.

You’ll need to develop a complete and holistic view of how Twickets works, and be genuinely curious about learning how all the parts fit together. A passion for digging into the details, asking the right questions, and understanding the systems inside and out is essential.

Experience with the specifics of mobile app development is important — from platform capabilities and limitations (iOS/Android), to release processes, user expectations, and how app updates differ from web rollouts. You should feel comfortable working with developers and designers to ensure high-quality, user-friendly mobile experiences.

You’ll work closely with our developers, stakeholders, users, and partners to ensure the product meets real needs, runs smoothly, and continues to evolve in line with our mission. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with day-to-day execution, where your input will directly influence the direction and quality of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

* Develop and maintain a clear, value-driven product roadmap aligned with Twickets’ business goals.
* Prioritise product features based on user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
* Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and prioritisation.
* Explore opportunities for applying AI to improve user experience, efficiency, and business performance — such as personalisation, automation, and data insights.
* Market Research & Competitor Analysis
* Conduct and commission in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
* Use findings to inform strategic product decisions and maintain Twickets' market advantage.

Stakeholder Management

* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (marketing, operations, customer service, new business, and third-party partners) to gather requirements and align on product priorities.
* Communicate product plans and progress clearly and transparently.

User Research & Focus Interviews

* Drive qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews and surveys, to gather actionable insights.
* Validate hypotheses and features before and after launch.
* UX, Design & Information Architecture
* Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
* Define and improve the information architecture to support usability and navigation goals.

Product Management & Delivery

* Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation and design through development and release.
* Write clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
* Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies.

Time Estimates & Scoping

* Collaborate with developers to estimate project scope and delivery timelines.
* Identify risks early and propose mitigation plans.

Project Delivery & Iteration

* Ensure timely delivery of features and updates with measurable impact.
* Use analytics and customer feedback to iterate and improve the product post-launch.

Required Skills & Experience

* Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably within a marketplace or platform business.
* Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and modern product development processes.
* Excellent research and analytical skills, with experience conducting competitor and market analysis.
* Experience managing mobile app development projects across iOS and Android platforms.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience working with UX/UI teams and a strong eye for good design.
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
* Comfortable with tools like Jira, Figma, or similar.
* Experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to inform product decisions.

Desirable

* Experience working in ticketing, events, or similar live experience sectors.
* Familiarity with consumer-to-consumer marketplaces or resale platforms.
