About the role Our Early Careers team are on their top form following a complete refresh of our systems and processes, making the full Early Careers recruitment lifecycle slicker than ever. We want to continue this upwards trajectory by bringing a new Advisor into the team. We are homing in on making sure we make the EC lifecycle a valuable one for all our applicants, after all, for many of these candidates it will be their first time applying to any job and no doubt will feel scary. But ensuring they have the most valuable experience isn't just a one-off, it will need consistent review and follow-through. What could your day to day look like? You will support and manage the end-to-end early careers recruitment process, from attraction all the way through to onboarding… Attraction - managing advertising, social media and attending careers events. It's all about building the buzz Sifting & Screening - making sure we get the best candidates to the next steps Assessment Centres - Organising and leading in person assessment centres/interviews, hosting post AC wash up sessions with the assessors, ensuring we gain valuable feedback on behalf of the candidates Offers - the best bit, giving the fab news to the candidates Managing expectations, internal paperwork and liaising with the people team to get offer documents to the next year's cohort Work Experience Programme - managing on an adhoc basis Data - this is how we improve and alter our strategy. From managing internal referral data as well as application and candidate data About you There is plenty to keep you busy in the Early Careers team, some of the processes run concurrently so organisation is fundamental, and being able to prioritise effectively is only going to work in your advantage. It's not just about filling the roles though, you need to be passionate about candidate experience - whether they get an offer or not, we want each candidate to go away feeling like they got something out of their experience.
