Are you highly organised, technically confident, and excited by the idea of supporting digital learning at a world-leading university? As the Education Systems and Data Administrator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the digital systems that underpin teaching, assessment, and student engagement across the Faculty of Engineering. Based in the Education Systems and Delivery Team, you’ll provide first-line support, manage data processes, and help deliver innovative solutions that enhance the student and staff experience.
You will provide day-to-day support for our core education systems, helping staff make the most of the digital tools available to them. Your responsibilities will include managing user queries, maintaining records in systems like our LMS and Panopto.
You’ll help prepare training materials, contribute to pilot projects, and ensure data processes run smoothly and accurately. Whether you’re creating guidance for staff, updating web content, or assisting with data analysis, your work will help drive a consistent and high-quality digital learning and administrative experience.
We’re looking for someone who is confident with digital systems and has a methodical, detail-oriented approach.
You’ll be supporting academic and professional services staff with data processes, help requests, and platform administration, so strong communication and collaboration skills are key. Ideally, you will:

9. Benefit from a sector-leading salary and remuneration package, including 25 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays and College closure days
10. Access to a range of workplace benefits, including a flexible working policy from day one, generous family leave packages, on-site leisure facilities, and a cycle-to-work scheme
11. Interest-free season ticket loan schemes for travel
12. Be part of a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work culture, with access to staff networks and wellbeing resources
