Offer description

Are you a highly skilled and technical SEO Manager? We have an exclusive opportunity for you to join a passionate and creative team. You will be well versed in SEO strategy and execution as well as being familiar with the principles of EEAT and how to improve them across websites. Keyword research and content optimisation, together with link-building and off-page SEO will be second nature to you.

Our client´s mission is to provide exceptional holiday experiences through innovative digital solutions that support both their customers and internal teams. So, if you have a deep understanding of organic search and all the on, and off-site, factors that lead to successful websites, a good all-round digital channel knowledge, alongside a keen interest in the activities offered and a love for travel, then this could be the role for you.

Role Overview:

This is a Senior SEO Manager opportunity where you will be responsible for developing, executing, and refining comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic search traffic, improve search rankings, and increase on-site engagement and conversions. This role involves leading SEO initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure the implementation of SEO best practices across all digital channels and platforms.

The successful applicant will be expected to run this channel at least initially themselves, and therefore direct, hands-on experience and a willingness to get stuck in is key.

* Develop, implement, and optimise effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
* Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research to identify growth opportunities.

* Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and emerging technologies.
* Lead, mentor, and develop junior SEO team members if team growth is required, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
* Present SEO strategies, insights, and performance reports to stakeholders and clients.
* Participate in business development efforts, new business pitches, and contribute to agency growth where applicable.

About you:

* Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, information technology, or a related field

* Excellent project management, organisational, and communication skills.
* Experience with content strategy, keyword research, and both on-page and off-page optimisation.
