Commercial Property - 3+ PQE - Up to £60,000 salary
This is a superb opportunity to join a Legal 500 existing team advising investors, lenders, commercial and residential developers on bespoke schemes across the region.
The successful applicant with be actively involved in marketing, business development and strategic management of the department.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Commercial Property offering, they are keen to speak with ambitious Associates wanting to develop and thrive within a friendly, results driven team.
The Candidate
* Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years post-qualification experience
* Experienced in a broad range of commercial property matters including
* Acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant, and leasing
* Excellent organisation, time-management and IT skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
