The Senior Recruitment Consultant Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building and developing your own client portfolio. You will work with high-calibre candidates and prestigious clients, providing a consultative and tailored service throughout the hiring process.
Key Senior Recruitment Consultantresponsibilities include:

* Managing and growing a portfolio of new and existing clients.

* Business development through networking, referrals and relationship building.
\t
* Taking detailed client briefs and advising on recruitment strategy and market insights.
\t
* Sourcing, interviewing and assessing high-calibre candidates.
\t
* Managing the full interview process from shortlist through to offer negotiation and placement.
\t
* Providing exceptional candidate care and maintaining long-term relationships.
\t
* Negotiating offers, managing resignations and supporting successful onboarding.
\t
* Representing Oriel Partners with professionalism, discretion and integrity at all times.
About You

* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a strong billing history.
\t
* Demonstrable success in business development and client relationship management.
\t
* A confident communicator with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
\t
* Commercially minded, ambitious and motivated by success.
\t
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
\t
* Able to build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders and executive-level candidates.
\t
* Proactive, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

* Passionate about delivering an outstanding client and candidate experience.
