What youll do
Drive Conference & Events revenue through proactive selling and strong enquiry conversion
Manage enquiries, proposals, contracts and booking details with pace and accuracy
Build relationships with clients, agents, and local business contacts to grow new and repeat business
Work closely with hotel teams to maximise event and bedroom revenue
Keep event handovers, schedules and billing organised and on time
Manage the office team, creating a positive and motivated department
Monitor pipeline, conversion, and lost business, taking action to improve results
What youll bring
Experience in Conference & Events sales, hotel sales, reservations, or a similar commercial role
Strong sales instinct and the confidence to convert enquiries into confirmed business
Good commercial awareness, including budgets, forecasting, and revenue opportunities
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confidence using hotel systems and managing bookings accurately
A professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach
