About the Role
The Sales Team is vital to our growth, and the Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in our success.
Working closely with Sales Executives, you will research, identify, and engage new prospects. Your goal is to build relationships with decision-makers and influencers to understand their needs and how our product fits.
When there is a good match, you will book meetings for Sales Executives to close, sharing all relevant information.
As an SDR, you will:
* Identify companies and contacts that match our buyer profiles
* Research these companies and contacts to craft engaging messages that stand out
* Use phone, email, and social media to nurture interest and qualify prospects
* Collaborate with marketing to balance automation and personalization
* Schedule qualified discovery calls for the Sales team
Location
Office-based at Newcastle/Gateshead Quays HQ
Hours
40 hours per week, with flexible start (08:00-10:00) and end times (16:30-18:30)
Requirements
About You
We seek individuals with the right attitude and aptitude. Key qualities include:
* At least 2 years of experience in B2B telesales or lead generation, ideally within SaaS
* A proven track record of meeting new business KPIs
* Experience with outbound sales tactics across multiple channels (phone, email, social media)
* Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
* Confident, tenacious, and motivated to exceed expectations
* Curious and inquisitive, always asking the right questions
* Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels
* Interest or knowledge in Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion, and the Digital World
