Sitting at the heart of finance and technology, you’ll work directly with the CFO and Technology Director to build, lead, and shape how data fuels every part of the business — from dashboards and KPIs to automation and executive-level reporting. What You’ll Be Doing
Designing and evolving powerful BI dashboards across key departments.
Partnering with senior stakeholders to define KPIs and streamline reporting.
Creating clear, consistent data definitions that underpin smarter decision-making.
Automating reporting processes using Power BI, PowerQuery, and Excel.
Upholding data integrity through rigorous validation and governance practices.
Delivering high-impact insights that guide company strategy.
Championing a data-driven mindset across the business.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in BI, data analysis, or a similar role.
Strong SQL and/or PowerQuery skills, with comfort working in tools like PostgreSQL.
Expertise in Power BI with a knack for data visualisation and storytelling.
Great communication skills — especially with non-technical stakeholders.
A curious, commercial mindset and collaborative approach.

Even Better If You Have:
Experience in eCommerce, retail, or scaling businesses.
Skills in Python, R, or advanced analytics tools.
