Tasks
At Fanwave Digital, audience growth is essential to everything we do. We are looking for a creative and innovative Growth Marketer who can accelerate the reach, engagement and revenue of Fanwave brands across the UK, USA, Brazil and additional markets.
You will play a key role in expanding our audiences, improving cross-channel performance and shaping our paid and organic strategies. We want someone who enjoys experimentation, understands what content performs and is motivated by measurable impact.

What will you do?
* Own audience and revenue growth across multiple Fanwave brands in the UK, USA, Brazil and new markets.
* Drive and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and other platforms.
* Oversee and grow direct affiliate revenue streams through paid ads.
* Collaborate with the creative teams on ideation, concept development, creative briefs, copywriting and ad creation to maximise engagement and conversions.
* Analyse performance data across social, email and web to uncover insights, test ideas and scale what works.
* Identify new tools, trends and growth opportunities including AI, automation, creator partnerships and emerging social platforms.
* Identify suitable influencers who can help the Fanwave brands grow and reach new audiences.
Requirements
Essential
* At least 18 months experience in a growth marketing role or similar.
* Proven and measurable success in a growth, performance or acquisition marketing role with clear examples of your impact.
* Hands-on experience in the creative process including ideation, copywriting, design direction or content creation.
* A passion for sports.
* Analytical skills and confidence using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or spreadsheets
* A strong sense of what high-performing content looks like.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify insights.
* A willingness to experiment, innovate and adapt
Nice to have
* Experience in sport, sports media or sports betting.
* Experience with email automation.
* Familiarity with Canva, Figma or short-form editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere
* Experience working with creators or producing UGC-style adverts
* Understanding of affiliate marketing or revenue-focused partnerships
