PRESS BRAKE OPERATORS NEEDED IN TELFORD, SHROPSHIRE!!

Do you have previous experience with either operating, or setting and operating a Press Brake, and are you seeking a new permanent job opportunity?!
We are actively seeking experienced Press Brake Operators to join a leading sheet metal manufacturer in Telford, Shropshire, we currently have vacancies available on both the day and night shifts, and the salary will range depending on the shift you work.
Overtime is also available and is paid at premium rates for anything worked over the basic 39 hours in the week.
What You Will Do:
Set and operate TRUMPF or AMADA Press Brakes, ensuring precision and quality in all tasks.
Load and check programmes as per job sheets, selecting and preparing the correct materials.
Perform quality inspections of parts using gauges and equipment, ensuring they meet BS/ISO standards.
Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings to manufacture components to specification.
Maintain and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Keep the workspace organised and efficient to support productivity and safety.
What You Will Bring:
Previous experience setting and/or operating Press Brakes.
Familiarity with AMADA or TRUMPF machinery and the ability to work with thin gauge materials.
Strong ability to interpret and work from technical engineering drawings.
A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
A commitment to quality and attention to detail, ensuring all work meets high standards.
