Infrastructure Engineer – Hybrid (Inverness, 1 Day Onsite)

?? What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as a 2nd/3rd line escalation point, resolving complex technical issues and supporting the service desk team.
* Design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions across Microsoft and cloud platforms.
* Take full ownership of incidents and maintenance tasks, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout.
* Maintain and patch customer estates to ensure systems are secure, supported, and up to date.
* Contribute to the development of internal technical standards, documentation, and best practices.
?? What You’ll Bring
* Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
* Proven hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure (identity, security, tenant configuration).
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and a methodical, analytical mindset.
* Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
* Clear and confident communicator – able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
