About the Role
As Assistant Brand Manager for Lucozade, you will work on one of the UK’s most iconic sports and energy drink brands. Based in Uxbridge, this high‑visibility role offers broad exposure across brand building, innovation, and activation within a fast‑moving marketing team.
What You’ll Do
You will support the development and execution of brand campaigns, translating the brand vision into effective activation and content across multiple touchpoints. Your responsibilities include:
* Contributing to go‑to‑market plans for innovation, pack, and price initiatives.
* Supporting the management and tracking of the Lucozade brand budget.
* Ensuring consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across channels, including digital platforms.
* Analyzing market trends, consumer and shopper insights, and performance data to track KPIs and support informed decision‑making.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who bring:
* Relevant experience in FMCG, with strong passion for brands, marketing, and consumer behaviour.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and project management capabilities, with sharp attention to detail.
* A results‑driven mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn and challenge ideas.
* Ability to work effectively within a matrix organisation and manage ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment.
