If yes, we would love to hear from you!A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Executive Support Officer to join our team, working alongside our Executive Directors while the Trust delivers its Strategy and develops our role as an anchor institution across our communities, delivering the best possible care to a population of over 500,000 people across West Yorkshire.We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual who will provide a high quality, comprehensive and confidential executive support service to two of our Executive Directors (or an Executive Director and their deputy).We have 1 x full-time position available and 1 x 30 hour position.
Main duties of the job
The post will proactively manage the Directors' inbox, calendar and workload and be integral to the effectiveness of our Executive Directors in managing the Trust.Key duties include:Being the first point of contact to the Executive Director.Diary management, including planning, organising and maintaining diariesInbox management, including drafting responses, chasing and allocating actions and forwarding communication to individualsUndertaking meeting administration including agendas, collating papers, minutes, action logs and chairs reportsEnsure that bring forward and pending systems are accurate to ensure the Director is properly prepared for forthcoming meetings
