My client is looking for an RE Teacher to work at a School around the Tonbridge area. This is a Part-time Temporary contract to start in September 2025 to work on an ongoing basis and it will be teaching the KS3 & GCSE classes (There is an option of teaching A-Level aswell).
There is also potential for the role to become Permanent if both parties are happy.
You will be expected to work 3 full days per week (Wednesday-Friday)
To be considered YOU MUST HAVE:
• Recent experience working as an RE Teacher
• A Relevant Teaching Qualification
• Experience of teaching the KS3 & GCSE classes (A-Level preferred but not essential)
• Be available to start in September 2025
Job Specific Requirements
• Ability to teach the full range of timetabled courses in the subject area
• Experience in the subject area, and of planning and assessment of pupil learning
• A knowledge of current issues and developments in curriculum Experience of curriculum development
• Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with staff, pupils and parents
• Ability to effectively manage the learning and teaching of individual pupils, groups and classes
• Ability to prioritise the work of the subject department Proven organisational skills
• Ability to use appropriate interpersonal skills when relating to staff, pupils and parents.
