Your Role as a Music Teacher:
🔹 Teach Creative Music Lessons – Plan and deliver dynamic music lessons to students of various abilities.
🔹 Inspire Student Creativity – Encourage students to explore different instruments, genres, and styles of music.
🔹 Support Extra-Curricular Activities – Lead or assist with music clubs, performances, and events to foster a love for music outside of the classroom.
🔹 Track and Assess Progress – Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help students improve their skills.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching music, preferably in a secondary school setting.
✅ Passionate About Music – A genuine passion for music, with the ability to inspire students to engage with the subject.
✅ Creative & Innovative – A creative approach to music teaching that fosters hands-on learning and exploration.
✅ Skilled in Music Performance – Experience with a variety of musical instruments and genres, with the ability to lead performance opportunities.
✅ Empathetic & Supportive – A nurturing teacher who supports the personal and academic development of students.
✅ Strong Communication Skills – Ability to work effectively with staff, students, and parents.
