Customer Care Admin to £25k
* Provide a high level of customer service to a range of customers
* Ensuring sales orders and queries are actioned promptly and effectively.
* Processing sales orders and purchase orders to ensure stock arrives into the warehouse and is despatched promptly to meet customer’s needs.
* Use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and CRM system
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Must have a level of flexibility, initiative and who can think of their feet, answering a call if they see a phone ringing and replying to a query if their colleague is busy!
* Monitor the sales e-mail and sending out acknowledgements
* Liaise with customers via telephone and email regarding their orders.
* Answer inbound calls and respond with emails and outbound calls
* Process and manage forward sales orders.

* Provide cover in the sales office when colleagues are unable to fulfil their duties.
