EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant – Children’s Centre

We’re looking for a caring and committed EYFS Teaching Assistant to support young children with special educational needs at a children’s centre in Bradford. This is a role where patience, creativity and warmth make a world of difference in helping children thrive at the very start of their school journey.
What you’ll be doing
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
* Helping children develop early communication, play and social skills
* Supporting routines that build independence and confidence
* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents to ensure every child gets the right support
* Creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel secure and ready to learn

* Experience working with children in EYFS or early years settings
* Understanding of SEN, with a calm, patient approach
* A creative and positive personality to make learning fun and accessible
