Support and develop the wider Physics and Science curriculum across all Key Stages. Mentor and guide colleagues within the Physics team to promote best practices and continuous improvement. Monitor student progress and implement effective strategies to raise attainment. Contribute to departmental planning, assessment, and curriculum development.
