to join its showroom team in Kent. This is not a transactional sales role
it's about building trust, understanding each clients preferences, and matching them with timepieces that will last generations. You'll be a key part of a boutique environment where every detail matters, and long-term relationships are at the heart of everything.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell an exclusive selection of luxury watches including Rolex, Cartier, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega and more Maintain an impeccable showroom environment and contribute to a consistent, elegant client experience Manage client interactions with discretion, warmth and attention to detail Proactively maintain contact with VIP clients, understanding anniversaries, preferences, and future needs Handle the intake of watch repairs, advising clients on timelines and service details Work collaboratively with the admin and workshop teams to deliver a seamless experience from sale to aftercare Ideal Candidate:
Experience selling fine watches in a luxury retail or boutique environment Passionate about horology and up to date on watch brands, models, and industry trends Warm, composed, and well-presented with excellent interpersonal skills Highly self-motivated, yet a strong team player Experience in jewellery sales or clienteling is a bonus This is a rare opportunity to build a meaningful career within a well-established, discreet, and client-first luxury business.
