The role of the Junior Admin Assistant will be to provide efficient and effective administration duties as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of a busy office.
This job is suitable to candidates who have an interest in learning and developing skills in Office Administration.
Full Training will be provided over a period of time.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* General reception duties, greet and meet visitors
* Answering and making calls and passing on information as required.
* As directed, generate invoices and carry out any other supporting finance tasks required.
* Operate a weighbridge –training will be given
* Dispatch jobs to drivers to local streets and surrounding areas
* Ensure bin schedules are maintained and checked for invoicing
* Complete necessary documentation for drivers
* Invoice customers in a timely manner
* General filing duties
* Any other duties that relate to providing an efficient service to customers.
* General Administration Support
To fulfil the requirements of the role you will need:
Essential
* Minimum of 5 GCSE's
* Computer literate
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* To be a team player with good interpersonal skills
* Have ability to manage your time well and prioritise tasks
* Possess exceptional attention to detail, this is very important for the role
* Have the ability to use your own initiative and to be organised
* Have a good geographical knowledge of location of streets of the city and it's surrounding areas
Desirable
The following experience would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided to the right candidate:-
* Previous Administration Experience
