About the Role: Are you a visionary digital leader with a passion for design innovation? We’re looking for a Digital Services Team Lead to drive the strategic growth of their specialist area within our Global Design Centre of Excellence (COE). In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and mentor a talented team of Designers, shape a unified digital design identity across platforms; including web, eCommerce, social media, interactive assets, and video. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Digital Services team, fostering creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement. Define and drive the digital design strategy, ensuring alignment with brand identity and overall business objectives. Oversee the creation of digital assets across websites, e-commerce platforms, social media, email campaigns, and video content, ensuring consistency and high quality. Manage resource allocation and workflow through Workzone, prioritising tasks based on business needs and deadlines. Champion user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) best practices, leading the ongoing evolution of the SC Johnson Professional website and content management system (CMS) modules. Stay current with digital trends and technologies to ensure the team’s output remains relevant, engaging, and effective. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the Digital Services function in key project meetings and creative sessions. Establish and maintain a cohesive global digital design identity, ensuring all assets are properly stored and managed via the SC Johnson Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. Ensure the team has strong experience in creating assets for eCommerce, with a solid understanding of best practices in this area, including optimisation for conversion, mobile responsiveness, and platform-specific requirements. Promote and maintain high standards in image creation and composition, ensuring visual consistency and effectiveness across all digital touchpoints. Oversee the creation of digital assets and imagery across websites, e-commerce platforms, social media, email campaigns, and video content, ensuring consistency and high quality. Experience you’ll bring: Experience working as a multi-skilled Designer in an in-house design team or agency. Leadership qualities and experience of people management and workload allocation responsibilities. Excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience of collaborating with a diverse set of colleagues and clients.
