Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lessons based on the national curriculum, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
Support students' academic and social development.
Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with staff to maintain high educational standards.
Adapt to different classroom settings and age groups on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements:
A valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience in a primary school setting (part-time or full-time).
Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to teaching.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
Flexibility and reliability in different school environments.
