The Opportunity We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and help deliver an outstanding food and beverage experience across our spa's dining outlets. You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Assisting in managing daily operations of the food & beverage department across multiple outlets Leading and supporting the F&B team to deliver high standards of service and hospitality Engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and build positive experiences Collaborating with the Kitchen team to ensure seamless front and back-of-house coordination Supporting the training and development of team members, fostering a positive workplace culture Identifying and implement improvements to enhance service quality and guest experience Managing team rotas and staffing levels based on business needs Holding regular team meetings to align on goals, service standards, and performance targets Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and risk management procedures Promoting an inclusive and supportive work environment What We're Looking For Have previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality Be an exceptional leader, communication, and interpersonal skills Have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Have the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a diverse team Have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays What's In It For You?
