Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Reports to: Head of Global Student Recruitment

Role Overview:
Support recruitment strategies by engaging with prospective students globally, representing GIS at events, building relationships, executing recruitment campaigns, managing CRM, driving engagement, and coordinating student recruitment events, including administrative and logistical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification and Sales Funnel Management:
* Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and social media, providing timely responses.
* Assess leads using established frameworks to ensure suitability.
* Build and nurture relationships through targeted email and phone campaigns, providing information on courses, admissions, scholarships, and university life.
* Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data on prospective students.
Events:
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering recruitment events such as open days, webinars, school visits, and campus tours.
* Support logistical arrangements for in-person and virtual events.
* Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
* Represent GIS at various events and support student ambassadors.
Communication and Engagement:
* Create and distribute promotional materials.
* Respond to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and educators with excellent customer service.
Data Management and Reporting:
* Maintain CRM data and analyze event and lead data to evaluate effectiveness.
Administrative Support:
* Provide administrative assistance to the Recruitment Team and Events Manager.
* Manage event documentation, budgets, schedules, and attendee lists.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* University degree or relevant qualification, preferably related to the role.
* Interest and knowledge of sports, education, student recruitment, and event management.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Proactive and adaptable approach.
* Experience in sports or education sectors, customer service, or event coordination.
* Experience working with targets/KPIs, recruitment, or sales success.
* Familiarity with CRM and online event platforms.
