Job Role & Key Responsibilities:
Join a permanent full-time position in Central London, carrying out a variety of property maintenance and repair tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general property maintenance including carpentry, tiling, and repairs to doors, windows, and locking systems
* Install and repair guttering and drainpipe systems
* Carry out basic plumbing repairs
* Source and collect materials from local suppliers
* Oversee contractor work when required
* Support colleagues by covering absences and providing on-call assistance
* Follow all company policies and health & safety regulations
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience in a similar maintenance role
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Proficiency in using basic hand tools
* Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
* Strong practical skills and good numeracy for measurements and calculations
Desirable Skills:
* Expertise in one or more building trades (carpentry, plastering, tiling)
* Basic understanding of current Building Regulations
