You will help pupils develop communication, independence, and confidence while promoting positive attitudes to learning and personal growth. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver creative and meaningful learning experiences that support each pupil’s development. * Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure the best outcomes. * Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. * Support pupils in developing social, emotional, and communication skills. * Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school community. Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential. * Experience or strong interest in working with children with ASC or additional needs. * Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills. * A commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
